Prince Harry's joy at spotting African orphan friend at royal wedding
If you're new, Subscribe! → https://bit.ly/2HCaLTR An unlikely friendship between Prince Harry and an orphan from the African country of Lesotho continues to bloom after 14 years. Mutsu Potsane, who first met the prince when he was a toddler, received an invite to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s wedding. And heartwarming footage shows the old friends exchanging a wave after Harry spotted Mutsu, now 18, among crowds of well-wishers. The pair have a deep-rooted relationship that began when Harry visited the Mants’ase Children’s Home in Lesotho, which had been brought to its knees by HIV and Aids. Despite their upbringings that could not have been more different, the pair shared an instant bond. Harry gave Mutsu a pair of blue wellington boots that the youngster cherished for as long as they fitted him – even wearing them to bed. The prince invited Mutsu as one of a group of representatives from his charity Sentebale. Its chairman Johnny Hornby, who said Mutsu waited outside St George’s Chapel to catch a glimpse of his old friend, told the Daily Express: ‘He’s a bit shy now, but he’s doing really well. He’s just finishing school.’Harry and Mutsu rekindled their friendship when the prince returned to Lesotho two years ago for an ITV documentary. When he saw Mutsu for the first time, the prince gave the then 15-year-old a big hug in a sweet moment. Speaking at the time, Harry said: ‘Obviously, I would prefer it in a weird way for him not to have been there, and for us to not know where he was. ‘Because then we know that he’s happy with a family member, but sadly for him that’s not the case.

Cristiano Ronaldo: Juventus star blasted by Sergio Ramos for comments aimed at Real Madrid
If you're new, Subscribe! → https://bit.ly/2HCaLTR #Football #Sport #BreakingNews #News24 Cristiano Ronaldo: Juventus star blasted by Sergio Ramos for comments aimed at Real Madrid ======================================  Ronaldo turned his back on Real Madrid after nine successful years at the Bernabeu, joining Juventus in a £105million transfer last month. The 33-year-old chose to leave the club after growing tired at club president Florentino Perez’s refusal to give him the same salary as the likes of Lionel Messi and Neymar. Cristiano Ronaldo appeared to aim a dig at Real by praising Juventus as a ‘family’, recently saying: "Since I was a child, I looked at this team and I hoped one day I could play there. "It's the biggest club in Italy and one of the best in the world, so it was an easy decision. It's different here, it's like a family." Many interpreted that as Ronaldo suggesting Real Madrid was a club that lacked a family feel. And Ramos has now hit back at his former team-mate for his comments. The Real Madrid captain, speaking ahead of Los Blancos’ UEFA Super Cup showdown with Atletico Madrid, said: "Here we have always felt like a family, so I don't know what he was talking about. "We have had lots of success, which is because we are a family and he was part of that family, which we have continued to have. "It's obviously a negative when you lose a player like Cristiano Ronaldo, but we can continue to win and in Real Madrid's history many have come and gone, but Real Madrid continue to win. "No one is above Real Madrid, whatever happens Real Madrid will continue to live on and it was his choice to leave. "The decisions are not mine to make, but the doors are always open to those that want to be part of Real Madrid. "Losing Ronaldo was hard, but no player is above Real Madrid and we still have the hunger to improve and win more titles. "The mindset we have is more important than any individuals in the team." Ronaldo also recently praised Juventus fans for the standing ovation they gave him in April.  The Portugal international struck a stunning overhead kick as Real swatted their Serie A counterparts aside. Juventus fans then rose as one to pay tribute to Ronaldo, who said: "I remember it every day. It was amazing, that had never happened to me before. In the Champions League against Juve, a quarter-final, you score a goal and see everyone in the stadium applaud you. It was an unbelievable feeling. "I felt surprised at first. I am used to following Juve and I like the club, but since that moment I liked them even more. "I won't say it was the key point in my decision, but every detail helps. It helps when you see the fans and club like you, the feeling is completely different. "I don't have a precise moment when I decided [to join]. During the years, we played a few times against Juve and I had a special feeling that the Italian supporters like Cristiano."

Cristiano Ronaldo: Man Utd target demands £394m contract to avoid Real Madrid transfer
If you're new, Subscribe! → https://bit.ly/2HCaLTR Real Madrid are keen for Cristiano Ronaldo to stay faithful to the club but the player is unhappy with his current situation. Ronaldo, 33, hinted after the Champions League final win over Liverpool last month that he could be ready to leave Real. His frustration supposedly stems from a tax fraud case in Spain, where authorities are demanding he pay a reported £24.5m in alleged backdated tax, fines and interest.. Ronaldo denies the accusations and is yet to comment on the issue. But Real Madrid’s unwillingness to financially help him in the issue - the club have offered moral support and nothing more - has angered Ronaldo. And Spanish investigatory radio show ‘The Partidazo de COPE’ claim to have unearthed Ronaldo’s demands if he is to remain at Real. According to the report, the Portuguese Euro 2016 winner wants a €75m (£65.7m) annual salary at Real, which boils down to £1.26m a week.. The contract would run until 2024, when Ronaldo reaches 39 years of age, and would see him earn an eye-watering £394m over the duration of the deal. He has reportedly made the demand knowing that the new salary would cover any eventual fine from the tax case, which is ongoing this summer and which has already seen the authorities (AEAT) reject a £12.8m settlement.. El Partidazo de COPE [Mundo Deportivo] add that Ronaldo is yet to speak to the media since his Champions League final revelation and is unlikely to do so before the World Cup starts on June 14. He is a transfer target for his former club Manchester United, who have kept tabs on the striker ever since he quit Old Trafford for the Bernabeu back in 2009. United have twice been strongly linked with re-signing the player - in 2013 and 2015 - but on both occasions Real were unwilling to sell. PSG are the only other team with a realistic chance of signing Ronaldo and affording his astronomical wage demands. The Portugal international was crowned the Ballon d’Or winner for a fifth time last year.

Chelsea transfer news: Sergej Milinkovic-Savic reveals where he will play next season
If you're new, Subscribe! → https://bit.ly/2HCaLTR #Football #Sport #BreakingNews #News24 Chelsea transfer news: Sergej Milinkovic-Savic reveals where he will play next season ======================================  Milinkovic-Savic has attracted admirers from all over Europe by establishing himself as one of Serie A’s top rising stars. Chelsea recently emerged as a potential destination for the midfielder who figured for Serbia at the World Cup in Russia. Manchester United, Manchester City, Juventus, Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain have been credited with interest in Milinkovic-Savic too. It was speculated that the 23-year-old would signal whether he’s staying at Lazio by deciding whether to turn up for routine medical tests at their training camp. And, not only did Milinkovic-Savic make an appearance but, he has revealed where he will playing his football next season. "Of course I'm staying, do you not see that I'm here?" said Milinkovic-Savic, when a fan asked him about his future. Milinkovic-Savic’s decision could see Chelsea push ahead with a move for Arsenal ace Aaron Ramsey.  Ramsey is stalling on signing a new contract at the Emirates and Maurizio Sarri has eyed him up. Milinkovic-Savic’s revelation will come as a boost to Lazio boss Simone Inzaghi, who suggested he felt calm amid the incessant transfer speculation. "I asked for Alejandro Gomez as a substitute for Felipe Anderson, then we analysed the situation and we preferred to take [Joaquin] Correa, a young player who will give us so much because he boasts physical and technical qualities," said Inzaghi, when asked about Lazio’s transfer business. "The purchase of [Milan] Badelj, in this sense, it's important because he's an international football player who has great enthusiasm for having arrived on such a team and is also that player who was missing in the midfield. "There are many voices around Milinkovic-Savic, he can change the games alone. I spoke with Sergej, he wanted to arrive two days earlier in Auronzo [at Lazio’s training camp], but I gave him two more days of holiday. I feel calm. "Anything could happen [next season]. Our desire is to do well as in the last years, we will fight with everyone."

What did Harry say to William at the altar and more royal wedding lip readings
If you're new, Subscribe! → https://bit.ly/2HCaLTR One of the highlights of the royal wedding was watching Prince Harry and Prince William’s brotherly banter as they sat at the altar waiting for Meghan Markle’s arrival. The two brothers were all smiles and jokes as they sat next to each other, with William performing his best man duties. At some points it even looked like they were trying to stifle laughter. The scenes were reminiscent of William’s own wedding seven years ago, as his best man Harry stood at the front of Westminster Abbey with him, laughing and joking as they waiting for Kate Middleton to arrive. Naturally, royal fans now want to know exactly what William and Harry were saying to each other throughout the ceremony – and what Harry said to Meghan when she arrived. While we’ll probably never know the truth, lip readers have weighed in and here’s what was likely said…When they arrived…As William and Harry arrived at St George’s Chapel, William apparently turned to Harry and said ‘My trousers are too tight!’, referencing his military uniform worn on the day. And Harry was also seen telling William, ‘I’m alright’ as they headed into the chapel. When they were sat at the altar…As the two brothers say next to each other at the altar, William turned to Harry and is believed by lip readers to have said: ‘Do you remember when Mum used to say…?’, with Harry responding with a smile: ‘Yeah, I know. ’ When Prince Charles walked Meghan up the aisle…This isn’t something Harry or William said but Prince Charles was seen whispering something to Meghan as he met her halfway down the aisle and it’s reported he said: ‘You look lovely, are you okay?’ . When Meghan meet him at the altar…When Meghan, aided by Prince Charles, met Harry at the altar, royal fans around the world saw the Prince mouth something to his royal bride. And the first words he said to Meghan were ‘you look amazing’. Meghan, who wore a stunning wedding gown by Clare Waight Keller for Givenchy, looked radiant and smiled as she replied with ‘thank you’. When Harry lifted Meghan’s veil from her head…As Harry moved Meghan’s veil from her face to see his bride properly, he mouthed something else to her. Despite being a royal wedding, many believe the Duke Of Sussex said ‘I’m shitting it’. Yep. It is not confirmed if he did or did not say this but it hasn’t stopped Twitter running away with the idea. When American Bishop Michael Curry’s sermon was over…There were quite a few reactions to American preacher Michael Curry’s lengthy sermon – and none were better than Harry’s. When the 14-minute speech was over, he simply turned to Meghan, mouthing the word ‘Wow’.

Chelsea team news: Predicted Chelsea line up vs Arsenal – Hazard return, Morata drops out
If you're new, Subscribe! → https://bit.ly/2HCaLTR #Football #Sport #BreakingNews #News24 Chelsea team news: Predicted Chelsea line up vs Arsenal – Hazard return, Morata drops out ======================================  Chelsea will be looking to build on their opening Premier League victory over Huddersfield when they welcome Arsenal to Stamford Bridge on Saturday. Maurizio Sarri got his Chelsea reign off to a winning start as goals from N’Golo Kante, Jorginho and Pedro saw off David Wagner’s Terriers. Next up for the Italian is a London derby against fellow summer arrival Unai Emery, with the Gunners boss having tasted defeat in his first match against Manchester City. Eden Hazard is expected to come back into the starting XI for Arsenal’s visit, having stepped off the bench in the 3-0 victory over Huddersfield. The forward joined pre-season training late due to Belgium’s involvement in the World Cup third-place play-off, but is now nearing full match fitness. Sarri could deploy the 27-year-old in a ‘false nine’ position if he opts to start both Pedro and Willian on the flanks. This would mean that struggling striker Alvaro Morata drops to the bench, while Chelsea also have a couple of injury issues to contend with. Mateo Kovacic is a doubt after being left out of the match day squad against Huddersfield, while Cesc Fabregas has a knee injury and joins Izzy Brown and Marco van Ginkel on the sidelines.GK – Kepa Arrizabalaga The world’s most expensive goalkeeper is certain to start after keeping a clean sheet in a very quiet debut against Huddersfield.RB – Cesar Azpilicueta One of the first names on the team sheet, Azpilicueta will look to provide width and take advantage of Arsenal’s left-back problems. Nacho Monreal is currently doubtful while Sead Kolasinac and Ainsley Maitland-Niles are also out, meaning Stephan Lichtsteiner is expected to start out of position.CB – Antonio Rudiger The German appears to be part of Sarri’s favourite central defensive pairing and looked relatively untroubled against the Terriers.CB – David Luiz Trusted by the new manager and apparently ahead of both Andreas Christensen and Gary Cahill in the pecking order at Stamford Bridge.LB – Marcos Alonso While his new full-back role was expected to limit Alonso’s attacking contributions, the Spaniard still managed to win a penalty with a forward burst last week. With Emerson Palmieri failing to make the match day squad on the opening weekend, Alonso looks free from competition.CDM – Jorginho A delightful penalty capped an impressive debut last week, and the former Napoli ace is a certainty to start with Fabregas ruled out.CM – N’Golo Kante Given a licence to roam after the arrival of Jorginho, although Kante may occupy a deeper role than was seen against Huddersfield.CM – Ruben Loftus-Cheek The third spot in midfield is up for grabs after an indifferent performance from Ross Barkley last time out, so Sarri could turn to Loftus-Cheek for some added physicality.RW – Pedro Pedro was one of the stand-out performers during pre-season and added some gloss to the scoreline with his strike at Huddersfield. However, the 31-year-old is most at risk if Sarri chooses to play both Hazard and Morata.L

Chelsea news: Pat Nevin names the TWO undroppable players under Maurizio Sarri
If you're new, Subscribe! → https://bit.ly/2HCaLTR #Football #Sport #BreakingNews #News24 Chelsea news: Pat Nevin names the TWO undroppable players under Maurizio Sarri ======================================  Chelsea made the most of a busy few weeks in the wake of Sarri’s appointment by adding four new signings to their squad. Jorginho was the first man to arrive at Stamford Bridge, with Rob Green, Kepa Arrizabalaga and Mateo Kovacic following suit. Jorginho has already established himself as a key player in Sarri’s new-look 4-3-3 system, finding time and space in midfield to get on the ball. While Kante has continued buzzing around in the centre of the park by pressing and winning back possession for Chelsea. Nevin has now discussed the battle to line up alongside Jorginho and Kante - who he says are guaranteed starters at present. "Talking of Ross Barkley, it brings back the discussion of what will be the manager’s first-choice midfield three as the season develops?," Nevin wrote for Chelsea’s official website. "N’Golo Kante, obviously, is undroppable in any shape or form and Jorginho is the gaffer’s man, so should get an initial run in the team. "That leaves Cesc Fabregas, Barkley, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Danny Drinkwater and now Mateo Kovacic all fighting for that one spot. "There is even the possibility that if you play [Eden] Hazard and Willian wide up front, Pedro might stick his oar in for that particular berth. "I mentioned this last week and have been ruminating on it ever since. "The short answer is that the manager can adapt and change for different games and the different styles of teams we are up against. "Whether it is home or away might also have an effect. "Players can be rested and rotated in that midfield, the most wearing area of the field to play in, and of course injuries and suspensions have to be catered for. "This is all to rather sit on the fence and there is a reason for that, I have no idea where the manager is going to go most of the time on this call. "One thing is for sure, he will have to try a midfield of Kante, Jorginho and Kovacic at some point, just to see what the balance looks like." Chelsea return to Premier League action on Saturday when they play host to London rivals Arsenal. Nevin says he is eagerly anticipating the showdown with Unai Emery’s men at Stamford Bridge. "I am already looking forward to the Arsenal game at the weekend because they also seem like a side that is more dedicated to attacking football, and under Unai Emery they might just be a little more potent and direct than they were under Arsene Wenger in his later years," Nevin added. "The game against Man City at Wembley was too early for Chelsea, just as Arsenal’s match at the weekend against Pep’s [Guardiola] men was too early for them, but this should give us a real glimpse of who could be the dominant London side this season, which of course is not to ignore Spurs who managed to scrape three points up at Newcastle, and I mean scrape! Arsenal beat Chelsea on penalties after a 1-1 draw in a friendly earlier this month

Man Utd transfer news: Chelsea accept £66m Willian bid with Gary Cahill an option - report
If you're new, Subscribe! → https://bit.ly/2HCaLTR #Football #Sport #BreakingNews #News24 Man Utd transfer news: Chelsea accept £66m Willian bid with Gary Cahill an option - report ======================================  Manchester United have been linked with Chelsea star Willian all summer, with the player earmarked as an alternative to Real Madrid’s Gareth Bale. The Red Devils initially wanted Bale but, following the departures of both Zinedine Zidane and Cristiano Ronaldo, a Real Madrid stay is now expected. Manchester United have so far taken a back seat in the pursuit of Willian, allowing Barcelona to table three bids for the player. The latest of those was £66m, which reports have claimed was turned down by Chelsea. But Italian newspaper Tuttosport say United have actually had a £66m bid ACCEPTED and the player is now primed to be Mourinho’s fourth signing of the summer. It is claimed the bid also consists of numerous add-ons and clauses.  Yet Tuttosport also suggest United may swoop for Chelsea centre-back Gary Cahill. The Red Devils have spent the summer pursuing a centre-back to appease the increasingly frustrated Jose Mourinho. Toby Alderweireld and Harry Maguire, of Tottenham and Leicester City respectively, are in their sights. But United, who have also been linked with Barcelona’s Yerry Mina, are mulling over a move for Cahill. The England international impressed under Mourinho as Chelsea won the Premier League title in 2015. And, after seven-and-a-half years at Stamford Bridge, a new challenge may await at Old Trafford. Should United sign the Chelsea duo, then Blues fans may need some winning round. Many were furious when Juan Mata was allowed to join United in 2014. And Chelsea paid the price for selling Nemanja Matic to Mourinho last summer, with Tiemoue Bakayoko proving to be a poor replacement. Chelsea do have interest in one United star, however, with Anthony Martial in their sights.

Real Madrid players annoyed with Cristiano Ronaldo over transfer bombshell after Champions League fi
If you're new, Subscribe! → https://bit.ly/2HCaLTR Real Madrid’s players were left stunned by Cristiano Ronaldo’s comments hinting at a summer transfer and feel it overshadowed their Champions League win, according to reports. The Portuguese winger – the top scorer in this season’s competition – suggested he would consider his future over the coming days in an interview in the immediate aftermath of Real’s 3-1 victory over Liverpool. And according to AS, the timing of Ronaldo’s remarks caused bewilderment and anger among the rest of the dressing room, with many feeling it was not the right time to air his grievances. Ronaldo’s annoyance stems back to last January when he was offered a new deal that he considered insulting. The Portuguese now earns significantly less than Neymar and Lionel Messi, though AS report that Real’s new offer was heavily linked to bonuses, both team and individual, that infuriated Ronaldo. He told several of his teammates that he would leave the club as a result, though many felt he had relaxed that stance – until his comments on Saturday evening. Real president Florentino Perez is due to speak to Ronaldo about renewing his contract, though he too has been vexed by the timing of Ronaldo’s comments, and the 32-year-old could get a frosty reception at the trophy parade. After his initial comments, Ronaldo later clarified to reporters: ‘They took something out of context, that I should not have said. I did not know it would be so strong. I prefer not to talk and to enjoy this lovely moment to the maximum. ‘I didn’t want to say that, but I’m not sorry either. These are situations which have been coming a long time and you put up with it, but sometimes you lose control. ‘I cannot guarantee that I will stay at Real Madrid, but this is not the moment to talk, as Madrid have made history, but neither am I going to hide. It is difficult to be at a better place than Madrid, the best club in the world, but life is not just about glory.

Real Madrid transfer news: Why Cristiano Ronaldo wants to leave Bernabeu - Giovanni Galli
If you're new, Subscribe! → https://bit.ly/2HCaLTR That’s the verdict of 1982 World Cup winner Giovanni Galli, who says the Portuguese forward can “afford” to leave the La Liga giants. Cristiano Ronaldo helped Real win their third Champions League title on the spin on Saturday as they beat Liverpool 3-1 in Kiev. That trophy was the 15th piece of silverware Real have picked up since signing the 33-year-old from Manchester United back in 2009. Ronaldo hinted after the NSC Olimpiyskiy Stadium showdown that his Real career could come to an end this summer though. "It was very nice to be at Real Madrid," said Ronaldo. "In the coming days I will give a response to the fans, who have always been at my side. "Former Italy international Galli has now offered his take on the two reasons why Ronaldo sounds eager to call it a day at Real. "Ronaldo? He probably thinks that this Real can not go any further," said Galli, at a memorial event for his late son Niccolo. "Leaving such a prestigious club with such an important prize list belongs to the big ones and Ronaldo can afford it. "Maybe he needs to lift his foot off the accelerator and go play in a lighter [less demanding] championship. "Manchester United has been touted as a potential destination if Ronaldo does bring the curtain down on his Bernabeu career. And former Premier League star Clinton Morrison reckons there’s a good chance of an Old Trafford return happening. "I think Man United fans would be going doolally," Morrison told Express Sport, when asked if Ronaldo could head back to Manchester this summer. "If that happens my kids would be happy because they love Man United. They’ll be over the moon and if Ronaldo goes I’ll probably have to start going getting them a season ticket. "But it would be what every Man United fans’ dream for him to go there. And I think Cristiano has got a lot of love for Man United. "They were the club that made him what he was and Sir Alex Ferguson. So it could happen. There’s a big possibility it could happen."If he wants to move, I think the one team he will go back to is Man United. And with him in the team, that’s how they do become a different animal and a different team because he’s one hell of a talent. "People might say: ‘Ah, he’s over 30’ but he still produces. When the big games come, he produces week after week after week. That’s why he’s one of the best in the world.".

Cristiano Ronaldo to Man Utd: Sergio Ramos confronts Real Madrid star - read what he said
If you're new, Subscribe! → https://bit.ly/2HCaLTR Manchester United want to sign Ronaldo and their former superstar opened up the possibility of a sensational Old Trafford return. Ronaldo confirmed after the 3-1 Champions League final win over Liverpool that his future would become clearer in the coming days. Ramos was surprised when told of Ronaldo’s statement and spoke to the media directly after the game. And it has now been revealed what the centre-back then told Ronaldo in person in the dressing room. According to Spanish newspaper Marca, Spain star Ramos confronted his team-mate during the dressing room celebrations in Kiev. "It isn't good what you have done, it wasn't the right time to say it," he reportedly said. "Wait. Do not insist.“You have to take a step back and we will help you."We are with you, but you must help too. "Ronaldo is said to be unhappy with his pay deal at Real, which is less than Lionel Messi’s €2m-a-week wages. A move to Manchester United has been mooted, with the Reds Devils keen to snap him up if he became available. There are reports that Ronaldo also has an offer from PSG on the table - although he would then have to battle Neymar to be the top dog in Paris. China and the MLS are also supposedly options - but in this regard Ronaldo, who aims to continue playing until at least 40, is keen to remain in Europe. Marca claim Ramos’ intervention in the dressing room is proof the club captain is earning an increasingly important role beside president Florentino Perez when it comes to smoothing over squad indiscipline. However, the report adds he didn’t interfere with Gareth Bale’s post-match comments in quite the same way.

Chelsea vs Inter Milan: Five things we learned from the pre-season friendly
If you're new, Subscribe! → https://bit.ly/2HCaLTR #Football #Sport #BreakingNews #News24 Chelsea vs Inter Milan: Five things we learned from the pre-season friendly ======================================  1. Maurizio Sarri once again, in his second game in charge, lined Chelsea up in a 4-3-3 formation, as he had done with his successful Napoli team. It is a radical change from Antonio Conte’s 3-4-3, and it will mean some players, like Cesc Fabregas, Victor Moses and Olivier Giroud may well be worrying about their positions in a Sarri team.   2. Alvaro Morata, who had such a torrid time last season after a good start, again led the attack, as he had done in Sarri’s opening game against Perth Glory. He needs to impress early on this season, if he stays (AC Milan are keen). His header from Fabregas’ was harshly judged offside. But he showed good skill to set up Pedro for his early goal, when Inter goalkeeper Samir Handanovic could only push out his shot and Pedro, who looked lively all game, rammed in the rebound. 3. The new £50 million man Jorginho is clearly the man whom this new Sarri style Chelsea will revolve around. The Brazilian-born Italy international was everywhere, dropping deep, picking up every ball, tidying up and starting attacks. His energy, and short, quick and accurate passes kept things moving and are clearly the way the coach wants his team to play. The only man to play the entire 90 minutes in the south of France.  4. But Sarri’s plans to have Chelsea playing with a tight, narrow back four may need some work. Inter craftily kept attacking Chelsea with wide men – and got a lot of joy. Antonio Candreva kept getting in behind Marcos Alonso and should have scored with one low shot. When Roberto Gargliadini levelled the scores at the Allianz Riviera stadium, it was with another strike which came from a move down the right hand side, after Tiemoue Bakayoko gave the ball away. 5. Callum Hudson-Odoi though was once again the star, as he had been in Australia. The 17 year old is lighting quick, and equally good with his left or his right foot, cutting in from the left, taking players on and letting fly. He had one shot saved and several times left experienced Inter defenders standing with his intricate and cheeky skills. It is notoriously difficult to make any firm predictions from pre-season, but the Londoner looks like a prospect.

Barcelona news: Lionel Messi shocked by Cristiano Ronaldo for Real Madrid decision
If you're new, Subscribe! → https://bit.ly/2HCaLTR Barcelona forward Messi watched from home as Ronaldo fired Real Madrid to a third straight Champions League win. The 33-year-old was unable to score against Liverpool but instead played the role of supporting act while Gareth Bale took centre stage. After the game, however, Ronaldo hinted he was ready to leave Real, Barcelona and La Liga behind. "Now to enjoy, and in the next few days I will give an answer to the fans that they are on my side,” he said. “It was very nice to be in Madrid.".And Spanish website Don Balon say Barcelona talisman Messi was shocked by Ronaldo after the game. The player has been linked with a move back to Manchester United. Many reports suggest Ronaldo wants out of Real because of their refusal to grant him pay parity with both Messi and Neymar. Don Balon say Messi feels Ronaldo is leaving ahead of time with their personal battle still going strong. And he also reportedly learned of the consequences of the player’s words.Sergio Ramos was supposedly angry at Ronaldo for choosing that moment to hint at a departure. Speaking after the game, the Spaniard called on Ronaldo to set the record straight over his future. “I suppose he will have been speaking about a summary of the season,” he said.“If there is something there, he must clarify it today. He is a key piece for us. He could not be in a better place.“We’ll see, Cristiano likes to let himself be loved, he’s not going to find a better place, he’s the real crack of ours, goals or not, I do not know why he said that, but we respect him. “Let him touch the sky, he wants to leave, we’ll see, let’s enjoy the Champions.”.

Man Utd transfer news: Fred is better than these two United stars - Steve Nicol
If you're new, Subscribe! → https://bit.ly/2HCaLTR Manchester United announced this afternoon they had reached an agreement with Shakhtar Donetsk to sign Fred. The Brazil international is set to cost the Red Devils around £52million and is expected to sign a five-year contract. Nicol believes it was wise to get a deal done before the World Cup starts, with Fred part of Tite’s Brazil squad. And Nicol reckons the 25-year-old is an improvement on who currently plays in his position at Old Trafford. “Yeah I think so (it was a wise move),” the Liverpool legend told ESPN FC.“The guy’s a talent and if Brazil do win the World Cup and he plays a major part, then that £50million they’ve paid for him could end up being £60m or even £70m. "So yes, I think it’s a smart move.“The guy’s a talent, the guy’s a player, he makes them better. “He’s better than Fellaini, in my opinion he’s better than Herrera as well. So absolutely an upgrade for Manchester United. “The only thing this guy doesn’t do is score goals really.“But United, in that position in the middle of the park, are looking for someone to shut things down and when they get the ball, open them up. He does both.”.

Chelsea transfer news: Mateo Kovacic having medical TODAY as Real Madrid loan deal agreed
If you're new, Subscribe! → https://bit.ly/2HCaLTR #Football #Sport #BreakingNews #News24 Chelsea transfer news: Mateo Kovacic having medical TODAY as Real Madrid loan deal agreed ======================================  The 24-year-old has become frustrated with life at Real Madrid after starting just 37 games in La Liga in the past three seasons. Kovacic refused to train at Real this week in a desperate bid to force an exit - a request that has now been granted. Maurizio Sarri will play the Croatia international as part of a midfield three alongside Jorginho and N’Golo Kante. An announcement that a deal has been done is expected imminently, after Kovacic has carried out an interview with the club’s official TV channel. He will be joined at Stamford Bridge by Kepa Arrizabalaga. The goalkeeper is on the verge of a world record move to Chelsea after his £71million buy-out clause was met. Athletic Bilbao confirmed this afternoon the 23-year-old's release clause has been activated and his contract terminated, although there is no mention of Chelsea. The fee is a world record for a goalkeeper, surpassing the £65m paid by Liverpool to Roma for Brazil goalkeeper Alisson Becker last month. The Blues have made Kepa their number one target to replace wantaway Belgium goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois. A statement on Athletic's official website read: "On Wednesday, August 8, 2018 at 1202 hours (CET), the Professional Football League confirmed to us that the player, Kepa Arrizabalaga, has met the requirements for the valid unilateral termination of the work contract that linked him to Athletic Club. "The amount of the compensation established in the contract has been deposited. "Athletic thanks the player for his contribution during the time he has remained in our club." Courtois has been absent from training this week ahead of Thursday's closure of the transfer window for Premier League clubs. The 26-year-old, named the best goalkeeper at the World Cup as Belgium finished third, has one year remaining on his contract and reportedly wishes to join Real Madrid. Courtois spent three years on loan at Atletico Madrid from Chelsea, before becoming the Blues' number one in 2014-15. Real head coach Julen Lopetegui refused to comment on Courtois after his side's friendly win over Roma in New Jersey, insisting that Keylor Navas remains his number one. Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri declined to discuss Courtois or Kepa after his side's final pre-season friendly on Tuesday night, against Lyon at Stamford Bridge.

Real Madrid tell Cristiano Ronaldo he can rejoin Man Utd as transfer terms are set - claim
If you're new, Subscribe! → https://bit.ly/2HCaLTR Real Madrid star Ronaldo is being linked with an emotional Manchester United homecoming once again. The 33-year-old seems to be on the verge of returning to Old Trafford every year. However, a United transfer could finally happen with several factors working in the Red Devils’ favour. Firstly, speaking after Real Madrid beat Liverpool to win the Champions League last Saturday, Ronaldo said: “In the next few days I will give an answer to the fans that have always been on my side. "It was very nice to be at Real Madrid, in the coming days I will talk about it more. "Then came comments by his mother, Dolores Aveiro, who said: “Convince Cristiano to sign for PSG? To be honest, it wouldn't annoy me [if he did]. “But I would prefer him to return to Manchester United.”.Ronaldo’s Real Madrid future has also grown more precarious following Zinedine Zidane’s exit. And Spanish outlet Don Balon say club president Perez is open to letting the player go. However, any United return will not come cheap. It is said they must fork out a huge £175million to sign the player for a second time. Whether Jose Mourinho opts to pay that remains to be seen. But, if Ronaldo is on the market, then United fans will want their club to enter the bidding. Speaking in 2015, the Portugal international revealed he ‘loved’ his old team and their adoring fanbase. "I'm very comfortable in Real Madrid, but I love Manchester United," he told ITV."The future nobody knows. Right now I feel happy at Real Madrid.".

Meghan Markle SHOCK: CONCERNS about details on Duchess of Sussex coat of arms emerge
If you're new, Subscribe! → https://bit.ly/2HCaLTR The new Royal and her husband are represented by a songbird and lion respectively with both wearing crowns. However some have insisted the bird looks as though it is being “strangled” due to the placement of the crown on its neck. One user on Twitter said: “While lovely, it does rather appear that the songbird is being strangled by the crown. “We will hope that is not what was intended and only my own non-understanding of all the nuances which make up the design of a coat of arms. ”Another insisted the bird looks “distressed” in the picture and questioned the decision on the crowns placement. They said: “That bird looks distressed! Why is the crown around its neck?”A third user wrote: “Why is the crown around the dove's neck? Even for an American like me, the symbolism isn't a positive one. ”Despite the interpretations from those on social media, the songbird is being "ducally gorged" in the coat of arms. When a person is born a Royal a crown is shown to be on their heads, while those who become a royal through marriage see a crown portrayed on their neck. The new coat of arms is emblazoned with golden poppies from the Duchess of Sussex’s home state of California. The symbol was designed by the College of Arms and approved by the Queen. In a statement, Kensington Palace noted: "It is customary for Supporters of the shield to be assigned to members of the Royal Family, and for wives of members of the Royal Family to have one of their husband's Supporters and one relating to themselves. "The Supporter relating to the Duchess of Sussex is a songbird with wings elevated as if flying and an open beak, which with the quill represents the power of communication. "Meghan Markle “took a great interest in the design”, according to Thomas Woodcock, Garter King of Arms. He commented: "The Duchess of Sussex took a great interest in the design.“Good heraldic design is nearly always simple and the Arms of The Duchess of Sussex stand well beside the historic beauty of the quartered British Royal Arms. ”The Duchess of Sussex also reportedly worked closely with its creators in its making.

Chelsea news: Players 'concerned' after club fails to keep managerial promise
If you're new, Subscribe! → https://bit.ly/2HCaLTR Chelsea players are becoming increasingly concerned as they wait to discover who will be in charge of the club next season. Antonio Conte remains in charge for the time being but is still expected to leave Stamford Bridge at some point during the summer. The Italian won the Premier League in his first season in England but was unable to repeat the feat this season as his team finished fifth. Chelsea beat Manchester United to win the FA Cup last month but this has not changed the mood in west London, with Conte likely to return to Italy. The club have explored the possibility of replacing Conte with either Maurizio Sarri or Laurent Blanc but both moves have hit stumbling blocks. And, according to the Daily Mail, the speculation over who will take control of Chelsea next season is beginning to affect the players at Stamford Bridge and their representatives. It is claimed the players’ agents were told at the end of the season that the managerial situation would be resolved by the end of May. But with the World Cup just a week away, Chelsea are no closer to appointing Conte’s successor. Sarri was in pole position but the Blues are refusing to pay a £7million release clause to Napoli to secure his signature. The situation at Chelsea has also prevented the club from making any signings in the early stages of the summer transfer window.

Zinedine Zidane joins Juventus: Ex-Real Madrid coach agrees Juve deal for October
If you're new, Subscribe! → https://bit.ly/2HCaLTR  Former Real Madrid manager Zidane is currently out of work after quitting the Bernabeu at the end of last season. But he has agreed to join Juve’s technical staff and will work alongside Fabio Paratici as a director. That is according to Spanish outlet Libertad Digital, who claim radio station El Primer Palo will divulge more details of the deal tonight. Zidane’s supposed appointment at Juve comes just days after Cristiano Ronaldo signed for the club. The manager and Ronaldo were part of the Real Madrid side that won a third consecutive Champions League crown in May. The French manager was appointed Real boss in January 2016 and oversaw a period of European dominance at the Bernabeu. Zidane quit in May, citing fatigue, and was replaced by Julen Lopetegui. Juve, meanwhile, appear determined to match the likes of European superpowers Real Madrid, Barcelona, PSG and Bayern Munich by investing heavily in the squad this summer. They paid Real £105m for Ronaldo, who has penned a four-year contract worth £106m. Juve chief Beppe Marotta is determined to bring the Champions League back to Turin, with the club having lost their last five European Cup finals. That includes a 4-1 defeat to Zidane’s Real in Cardiff last year. It was thought Zidane was due to take a break from football before heading back into management for the start of the 2019/20 campaign. The France post was also tipped to go to the 1998 World Cup winner, but Didier Deschamps looks set to keep his job after Les Bleus won the World Cup on Sunday. Pressure on Allegri Zidane’s arrival at Juve would certainly put pressure on manager Max Allegri to deliver the Champions League this season. The Italian, who took over from Antonio Conte in 2014, has won the league in each of his four seasons at Juve and reached two Champions League finals. There were reports earlier in the year that he could quit the club this summer - but Allegri is determined to give Europe at least one more crack this term. Juve are expected to dominate Serie A once again this season, with Napoli their only realistic challengers for the title. Both Milan clubs are in turmoil off the pitch, while Roma lost talisman Radja Nainggolan to Inter in the transfer market and goalkeeper Alisson is tipped to leave as well.

Arsenal transfer news: Did you see who Stephan Lichtsteiner met after joining Gunners?
If you're new, Subscribe! → https://bit.ly/2HCaLTR The Gunners have unveiled Lichtsteiner as their first signing under new manager Unai Emery. And on his first day at the club’s London Colney training ground, Lichtsteiner had the opportunity to meet former Arsenal ace turned coach Robert Pires. Lichtsteiner was seen chatting briefly to Pires as he got used to his surroundings at London Colney. The defender will join Arsenal from Juventus on a free transfer as he becomes Emery’s first signing since succeeding Arsene Wenger. The 34-year-old won the Serie A title in each of his seven years with the Italian giants and signs for the Gunners ahead of leading his country into the World Cup in Russia later this month. Emery feels Lichtsteiner could offer something invaluable to the club moving forwards. “Stephan brings huge experience and leadership to our squad," he said.“He's a player with great quality with a very positive and determined attitude. Stephan will improve us on and off the pitch.”Lichtsteiner, who will wear the number 12 shirt and compete with the likes of Hector Bellerin for a place in Emery's side, is targeting a return to the Champions League with Arsenal – who have failed to qualify for the competition in the last two years. “It is a great moment for me, after Juventus, to come to Arsenal,” he said.“It is a project to come back into the Champions League, it is hard not to see a club like Arsenal that is not playing in the Champions League if you see the players, the club, the stadium. “The big objective is to come back on the highest level.“It was a big era under Wenger, he won a lot of titles with Arsenal and did big things, now it is a new moment. “Wenger went and everything is a bit new so it is a big challenge.“He (Emery) is a very good coach and won a lot of titles. “He is a coach who knows what he wants and who also progresses the players, also the old players like me. I'm really positive we will do great things.”Lichtsteiner’s move to the Emirates is subject to the completion of regulatory processes.

Cristiano Ronaldo: Real Madrid star decides he wants Man Utd transfer, one thing now key
If you're new, Subscribe! → https://bit.ly/2HCaLTR Ronaldo is being linked with a Real Madrid exit with Manchester United now frontrunners in the race to secure his signature. PSG have also been linked with the 33-year-old, who put the footballing world on red alert after the Champions League final last month. Ronaldo appeared to hint at a Real Madrid exit by referring to his time at the Bernabeu in the past tense. And Spanish outlet Diario Gol say he is determined to leave for United - and United only. The Red Devils sold the Portugal international back in the summer of 2009 for a then world-record £80million. Ever since, however, speculation has been rife he would one day make a dramatic return. United's is said to be the only offer that motivates Ronaldo, whose relationship with Real chiefs is at breaking point. However, Diario Gol add that what he does next hinges on the appointment of a new Madrid boss. Zinedine Zidane quit last week, citing fatigue, in a decision that supposedly left Ronaldo feeling crushed. The report indicates that if an authoritative figure comes in, Ronaldo is ready to push for a United return. Jurgen Klopp and Max Allegri, of Liverpool and Juventus respectively, supposedly fall into that category. But Tottenham’s Mauricio Pochettino and former Swansea manager Michael Laudrup do not. Former Real boss Fabio Capello last week expressed a belief that Ronaldo wanted a United return. "I think that Cristiano Ronaldo wants to go back to Manchester,” he said.“I think he wants to play for United and be coached by his compatriot Mourinho.

Barcelona transfer news: Neymar offered BACK to Barca… but Real Madrid want him too
If you're new, Subscribe! → https://bit.ly/2HCaLTR  Spanish newspaper Marca claim Neymar’s entourage have spoken to Barcelona and offered them the chance to re-sign him - a year after they sold the superstar for £200million. Marco say talks were held with the La Liga champions to find out if Josep Maria Bartomeu would be interested in taking him back. Barcelona had lined up a move for Antoine Griezmann but the Atletico Madrid striker yesterday announced he was going nowhere. This was known by Neymar’s camp, who proceeded in touching base with Barcelona to sound out the possibility of a transfer. But it’s claimed Barcelona chiefs have showed little interest and that a deal going through is only a ‘slim possibility’. If Neymar does move back to La Liga it is more likely that he will end up at Real Madrid, whose president Florentino Perez remains keen. Brazil star Neymar this week admitted he is not worth the world-record £200million PSG paid for him. The Ligue 1 side had to dig deep to activate a 222million Euro release clause in the 26-year-old's Barcelona contract to land him in August last year.  Asked about his fee, Neymar told www.spox.com: "I'm not proud of the transfer fee, nor of the fact I'm the most expensive player ever. "That's just money and nothing else. I cannot help it. Personally, I would have paid less for myself. "I'm proud that I've achieved my childhood goal. That was, and is, most important to me. As a player, you always have to show who you are and assert yourself. Just referring to the transfer fee does not help you and says nothing about how good you really are." Neymar is currently on World Cup duty in Russia, where Brazil will launch their latest bid for glory against Switzerland on Sunday evening.

Man Utd transfer news: Anthony Martial frustrated, wants Old Trafford exit for two reasons
If you're new, Subscribe! → https://bit.ly/2HCaLTR  Manchester United star Martial has been at odds with Mourinho during their two years together at Old Trafford. The France international, who missed out on his country’s World Cup winning squad, is keen to secure a move this summer. Martial blossomed under Louis van Gaal when he first joined Manchester United but his relationship with Mourinho has never appeared on track. And, in addition to that, the Manchester Evening News claim the 22-year-old has two reasons for wanting to pursue a new challenge elsewhere. Martial’s best form for United came before Christmas, with the player managing to leap above Marcus Rashford in the pecking order.  However, despite that, Mourinho still forked out to lure Alexis Sanchez away from Arsenal, with Henrikh Mkhitaryan moving in the opposite direction. And that has supposedly led Martial to weigh up his options. The forward failed to score following Sanchez’s arrival and, when Romelu Lukaku was not fit enough to start the FA Cup final against Chelsea in May, it was Rashford who was given the nod. The MEN say a second reason Martial wants out is because of United’s failure to agree a new contract with him. This was recently confirmed by his agent, Philippe Lamboley, saying: "After thinking about all the possibilities and scenarios, Anthony wants to leave Manchester United.  “There are many scenarios. For now, it's premature to talk about it. Anthony will speak later to explain all of this. "Manchester United want to extend Anthony's contract and do not want him to leave, but we have not been able to find an agreement for several months. "I think that when Manchester United, which is the most powerful club in the world it must be remembered, do not find an agreement in eight months of negotiations, it is because they do not really want to make him an important member of the team. That's the root of this decision. It is a well-considered decision.” "However, it is quite obvious and it is very important to remember that he is under contract, that Manchester United will have the last word and that we will respect the decision of the club, and he will fulfil his commitment to them.”

Man Utd news: Cristiano Ronaldo wants to leave Real Madrid this summer
If you're new, Subscribe! → https://bit.ly/2HCaLTR Cristiano Ronaldo has decided to leave Real Madrid this summer, according to reports in Portugal. The 33-year-old hinted after Real Madrid’s 3-1 win over Liverpool in the Champions League final that this could be his final season in the Spanish capital. ‘It was very nice to be in Madrid,’ he said. ‘In the next few days I will give an answer to the fans. ’ According to Record, Ronaldo has made the ‘irreversible’ decision to call time on his nine-year stint at Madrid and the Portuguese forward will now look for a new club with England, France and Italy named as potential destinations. The report claims that one of Ronaldo’s key reasons for wanting to leave is because he is unhappy that Madrid’s president Florentino Perez has not offered him a new contract. Record claim that Ronaldo is not motivated by an improved deal but wants Madrid to make him an offer in recognition of his performances this season. But according to Marca, Madrid have told Ronaldo’s agent Jorge Mendes that they are unwilling to match the player’s demands. Ronaldo is also said to be unhappy with Madrid’s desire to sign Neymar from Paris Saint-Germain. The French champions have indicated that they are not prepared to sell the Brazil international, but Madrid have made no secret of the fact that they will attempt a put a deal together this summer. And Ronaldo sees Madrid’s effort to sign Neymar as their plan to replace him in the team. The former Manchester United forward is also unhappy with Zinedine Zidane’s departure. Ronaldo has a strong bond with the Frenchman, who surprisingly stepped down as Madrid’s manager last week, and it’s claimed that the Portuguese now has only a few close allies in the dressing room. The Portugal international still has three years remaining on his contract with Madrid.

"Because it would be important at least to work with Mata, Alexis, Martial, which we think are the players we have in attack for the start of the season. "No Lukaku, no Lingard, no Marcus Rashford, so if Alexis is not working with us for 15 or 20 days it will be very bad."Luke Shaw plea Luke Shaw hopes to convince Jose Mourinho he can still save his Manchester United career. Shaw struggled last term with injuries and dips in form. Jose Mourinho was critical of him but he hopes to turn things around. “I look back over the last few years and I haven’t really had a massive run in the team,” he admitted. “The year I broke my leg was the best year in my career at United. I felt really strong and good and obviously it was unfortunate with the injury. “It’s annoying for me to say I need to prove myself but I know what I can do and that’s why I’m still here. I’ve had a good chat with him and I’m looking forward to the season and getting back to my best.”Alex Sandro update Manchester United are ready to land Juventus star Alex Sandro - when Jose Mourinho green lights the deal. The Brazil international was tipped to head to the Premier League in January, with the Red Devils and Chelsea keen on the left-back. However, a move didn’t materialise, with Juve refusing to sell the 27-year-old, who they valued at around £60m. United are expected to make another move for Sandro this summer with Mourinho keen to bolster his defence at Old Trafford. And according to The Independent, Juve have named their price for Sandro. They say United see him as the perfect addition, should Mourinho decide to sign a new left-back. Perisic latest Manchester United will wrap up a deal for Ivan Perisic this summer. That’s the verdict of former Arsenal ace Stewart Robson, who says the winger’s impres

Chelsea transfer news: Real Madrid will snub Eden Hazard if Roman Abramovich makes demand
If you're new, Subscribe! → https://bit.ly/2HCaLTR  Chelsea star Hazard is wanted by Real Madrid as a replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo, who joined Juventus last week. The Belgium international has been earmarked as a priority target, edging ahead of PSG duo Neymar and Kylian Mbappe. Chelsea have managed to rebuff offers for Hazard in the past but, with Ronaldo gone, Real are hellbent on securing his signature. And Catalan newspaper Mundo Deportivo claim the Blues will retain their talisman if owner Abramovich prices them out of a move. Real Madrid are willing to break the bank if it means landing Neymar, who is the great obsession of Florentino Perez.  Neymar has, though, claimed he will stay at PSG, saying: "I'm staying. I'm staying in Paris. "I have a contract. Most of the speculation is made by the media. "Everyone knows my objective, why I went to Paris. I want to have success with that club and I hope next season could be wonderful." Mundo Deportivo say Chelsea can keep Hazard by demanding a big amount of money, with £180million previously being quoted. However, with the player’s contract expiring in 2020, that would run the risk of them having to sell him on the cheap in 12 months time.  Hazard has never hid his admiration for Real. Speaking recently, before the World Cup, he said: "Does Real make me dream less without Zidane? "Zidane is someone special, it's true, but I think Real is everyone's dream. "Zidane or no Zidane, the white jersey [of Madrid] is special but the blue jersey [of Chelsea] suits me well so it does not bother me if I stay. "For now, it's the World Cup. As I have said at least 100 times, I am at Chelsea and for the moment nobody has made me an offer."

Man Utd news: Ryan Giggs warns Rashford, Martial and Pogba about next season
If you're new, Subscribe! → https://bit.ly/2HCaLTR Giggs, now Wales manager, was an integral part of countless United teams revered for their style of play under Sir Alex Ferguson. The 44-year-old, who left after the arrival of Jose Mourinho in 2016, won 13 Premier League titles as a player and holds the record for most appearances for the club. The Red Devils' style of play has come under criticism since Ferguson departed five years ago with Mourinho's men especially being criticised at times. Now former winger Giggs says he wants to see a similar flair that he was allowed to show from players such as Marcus Rashford, Anthony Martial and Paul Pogba next season. "First of all, I was a Manchester United fan," Giggs told ESPN at Tencent's Super Penguin celebrity match in Shanghai on Saturday. "I used to climb over the fence when I was a seven, eight-year-old, get the match bus to Old Trafford. "Right from when I can remember, I used to go to Old Trafford and then, fast-forward to 17, 18, I played for the first team. I understand how the club works, what the fans want, because I was a fan."I was also a player who wanted to excite the crowd, to get the fans on their feet. I want to see exciting players. I want to see Rashford, I want to see Martial, I want to see Pogba try things. That's what I tried to do when I was playing."Giggs said he believes that having a strong core of players steeped in the club's tradition will be crucial as United bid to bring back the glory years. "Football's changing, but you still have the likes of Rashford, Lingard, Pogba - who was there when he was younger,” he added. "You've got Antonio Valencia, Ashley Young, Michael Carrick's just left, but a group of players who know what the club's about. "I think it's always important to have that. It doesn't guarantee you success - and if you don't have that it doesn't mean you're not going to win - but it always helps if you do have that sort of team spirit. "United have spent heavily over the last couple of years and with the players that Mourinho has at his disposal, many believe the shackles should be taken off more often. When Mourinho has allowed his team to play with more freedom, the outcome has been very positive, with comeback wins against Man City and Crystal Palace notable.

Man Utd transfer news: Sergej Milinkovic-Savic hints he's set to follow Fred to club
If you're new, Subscribe! → https://bit.ly/2HCaLTR Lazio star Sergej Milinkovic-Savic has dropped a massive hint that he’s keen on following Fred to Manchester United. Milinkovic-Savic has scored 25 goals in 122 games since making his Lazio debut back in 2015 but the 23-year-old is being heavily linked with a move away from Rome this summer. Reports suggest United have lodged a £96million offer for Milinkovic-Savic in a move which would break the club’s transfer record. The Red Devils officially announced the signing of Fred on Tuesday afternoon, with the Brazilian midfielder moving to Old Trafford for a fee of around £52million. And Milinkovic-Savic sent United fans into meltdown by ‘liking’ a post on Instagram reporting Fred’s arrival. An official statement from United on Fred’s arrival read: ‘Manchester United is delighted to announce it has reached agreement with Shakhtar Donetsk for the transfer of Frederico Rodrigues de Paula Santos,’ ‘A further announcement will be made in due course. ’Porto full-back Diogo Dalot is expected to be the next player through the doors at Old Trafford. Jose Mourinho has kept a close eye on Dalot for some time and it’s understood the 19-year-old is set to join United for a fee of around £19m. The Portugal Under-21 international flew into England earlier this week and is set to undergo a medical with the Red Devils.

Chelsea transfer news: David Luiz makes announcement on his future
If you're new, Subscribe! → https://bit.ly/2HCaLTR #Football #Sport #BreakingNews #News24 Chelsea transfer news: David Luiz makes announcement on his future ======================================  The Brazilian centre-back fell spectacularly out of favour under previous manager Antonio Conte and lost his place in the side last season. He played only twice in the Premier League after a row with Conte following Chelsea’s 3-0 Champions League defeat at Roma in October, and was also hampered by a thigh injury. There has been speculation that Luiz could be one of the players moved on in the new regime, and he has been linked with moves to Napoli, AC Milan and Juventus. With Chelsea still locked in negotiations last night to bring in £45 million Juve centre-back Daniele Rugani, Luiz’s place is still not secure but he has played both pre-season games under Sarri in a reshaped back four, and, after a penalty shoot-out win over Inter Milan here in Nice, he insisted he wants to stay.  Luiz, now 31 and in his second spell at the club after returning from Paris St Germain two years ago, said: “I came back to Chelsea to stay here. “When I took my decision to come back here from Paris it was to win the Premier League and do something again with Chelsea. I am very happy here.” The Brazilian pointedly said he was now enjoying life again under former Napoli coach Sarri, after a miserable end to last season under Conte. “I had a lot of time to take care of me last year, so now I’m 100 per cent,” said Luiz, “I love this philosophy. We play high, with a lot of possession of the ball, in a technical way. The coach is trying to help us every single day to learn quickly his philosophy.  “He does not want me to change as a player. It is the same style – play from the back, build from the back, try to help the guys, try to be in line. “People know me – I like to be happy, to enjoy my life. We have the best job in the world. The coach comes as a human being. If you’re not happy doing your job it doesn’t matter if you’re a footballer or not. We have to be happy to do our best. “He is playing a different system. It is his decision. He has many players who can play with four in the back, three in the back, five in the back, so he is the one to decide. “We are training really hard every single day, double sessions, to learn quickly.” But, he warned, it is up to the players to adapt to Sarri’s high energy, fast passing and pressing style of football: “A new philosophy always takes time. But it also depends on us. If we are dedicated every day and doing things every single day in training, especially at the beginning we are trying to learn quickly.” And Luiz insisted that he is not worried about the possible arrival of Rugani, or Mattia Caldara, his Juventus teammate, who is also being considered. Luiz said: “It is a challenge for everybody. It is good to have fantastic players, more than just 11. We have many players that can play in the starting 11, so it is a positive challenge for everybody.” Chelsea secured their second successive pre-season win in Nice. After a 1-1 draw with Inter at the Allianze Riviera, they won the penalty shoot-out 5-4, with Cesar Azpilicuet

Roman Abramovich drops plan for new £1bn Chelsea stadium and ‘quits visa request’
If you're new, Subscribe! → https://bit.ly/2HCaLTR Roman Abramovich has reportedly scrapped £1billion plans to redevelop Chelsea’s stadium — because ‘he is unwilling to invest in a country where he can’t work’. The Russian billionaire, 51, has also revoked his own visa application as he is tired of waiting for one, according to reports. He has been forced to seek Israeli citizenship to regain entry to the UK as part of the country’s response to the Salisbury nerve attack in March. Now Mr Abramovich, who is worth £9.3billion, is said to have dropped plans to upgrade Stamford Bridge as he is unwilling to invest £1billion into a country in which he is no longer permitted to work. And his 40-month visa expired in April, which forced him to miss Chelsea’s FA Cup final triumph over Manchester United. Israeli sources claim the steel and oil magnate ripped up his visa request recently, fed up of being treated as a ‘new applicant’. Mr Abramovich has declined to comment on the claims. The dad-of-seven became the owner of the companies that control Chelsea in June 2003. Since then, he has pumped billions into the west London club. But the 60,000-sea arena is on hold due to ‘the current unfavourable investment climate’, the club said. In a statement released today, The Blues said: ‘Chelsea Football Club announces today that it has put its new stadium project on hold. No further pre-construction design and planning work will occur. ‘The club does not have a time frame set for reconsideration of its decision. ‘The decision was made due to the current unfavourable investment climate.’.

Chelsea transfer news: Abramovich working on three signings amid Conte and Sarri drama
If you're new, Subscribe! → https://bit.ly/2HCaLTR  Chelsea owner Abramovich is yet to axe Conte despite Sarri being understood to be ready to take the reins. The Blues want to get rid of Conte who angered the club hierarchy by repeatedly criticising their transfer policy last season. Appointing Sarri, though, has been easier said than done with Chelsea yet to agree on a compensation fee with Napoli. But, despite that, the Daily Mail claim the Blues are working on three deals under the radar. It is said that, with Thibaut Courtois chasing a return to La Liga with either Atletico or Real Madrid, Chelsea are keen to sign Alisson Becker. The Brazil international is on his holidays in the wake of his country’s World Cup exit to Belgium.  Liverpool and Real Madrid also have an interest in the player. But Chelsea hope to make him their Courtois replacement if, as expected, the Belgium international turns his back on Stamford Bridge. The Daily Mail claim Juventus’ Daniele Rugani is also likely to sign. And Aleksandr Golovin, who impressed at the World Cup for Russia, is another target on Abramovich’s radar. Meanwhile, ESPN pundit Steve McManaman thinks Chelsea are being foolish to dawdle on their managerial situation. “Well it’s certainly not helping is it,” McManaman said of the situation.  “I don’t think the players have a healthy respect for Antonio Conte unfortunately. “I don’t think it should matter, he’s the manager and he’s turned up for pre-season training. “But everybody knows the rumour mill at Chelsea is ridiculous at the moment, I think people are just waiting for him to go. “It’s not a case of ‘he’s definitely going to go’ but they’re just waiting for him to go and Sarri to come in. “They haven’t covered themselves in glory at all Chelsea, the way they’ve gone about their business was awful really.”

Real Madrid transfer news: PSG star Neymar makes statement on where his future lies
If you're new, Subscribe! → https://bit.ly/2HCaLTR  The Champions League winners have been linked to the Brazilian all summer. Indeed, it has previously been claimed that the attacker wants a return to Spain after leaving Barcelona for PSG last year. Talk of a move to Real Madrid has amplified in recent days with Los Blancos searching for a replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo. The Portuguese star left the Spanish capital to join Juventus on a four-year deal, leaving new Madrid boss Julen Lopetegui with an early headache. And it seems it won’t be soothed by signing Neymar.  “I’m staying, I’m staying in Paris, I have a contract,” Neymar told reporters at an auction to raise money for his charitable foundation in Sao Paulo. Eden Hazard and Kylian Mbappe have also been linked with a move to Real Madrid following Ronaldo’s departure. Indeed, former Chelsea midfielder Gus Poyet believes the La Liga side have already made their move for Hazard. The Belgian threw his own future into doubt when he stated: “After six wonderful years at Chelsea it might be time to discover something different.”  And Poyet believes it’s a clear sign Hazard wants to wave goodbye to Stamford Bridge. “The way he is talking, I think he will leave,” Poyet told talkSPORT. “Real Madrid are looking for a player with his characteristics. “I suppose it’s going to be difficult for them to get Neymar and if you need a player to play in the place of (Cristiano) Ronaldo, there are not many players like Hazard. “It could be an option, but the way he is talking is probably because something is already going on.”

Man Utd News: Chelsea crisis scuppering Man Utd move for Willian
If you're new, Subscribe! → https://bit.ly/2HCaLTR The uncertainty surrounding Chelsea’s managerial situation could force Manchester United to drop their long-standing interest in Willian, Metro.co.uk has learned. . The FA Cup holders are yet to resolve Antonio Conte’s future and their attempts to replace the former Juventus coach with Maurizio Sarri appear to have hit a major stumbling block. Reports on Saturday claimed the west London club were now close to appointing Luis Enrique, while they are also said to have held talks with Fulham’s Slavisa Jokanovic, as well as Laurent Blanc, who has been out of work since leaving PSG two years ago. Chelsea’s state of disarray has been exacerbated by the complications surrounding Roman Abramovich’s UK visa application, which coincided with the Russian oligarch’s decision to put plans for a new stadium on hold. Jose Mourinho, meanwhile, is keen to be reunited with Willian at Old Trafford as he seeks to add more experience to his forward line. The former Shakhtar Donetsk winger’s representatives held talks with Mourinho last summer but a move failed to materialise. Willian remained in west London but continued to endure a fractious relationship with Conte, which culminated in his controversial social media post that followed Chelsea’s 1-0 win over United at Wembley last month. Mourinho remains keen on the player he brought to the Premier League five years ago, but is reluctant for his club to be drawn into a lengthy saga and wants to conclude as much of his transfer business as possible before the start of the World Cup. Willian’s international teammate Fred is likely to undergo a medical next week, while a deal for Porto’s 21-year-old right-back Diogo Dalot is also nearing completion. Mourinho signed three players last summer in Victor Lindelof, Romelu Lukaku and Nemanja Matic but missed out on Ivan Perisic after United failed to agree a fee with Inter for the Croatia winger. Mourinho is keen to avoid a repeat scenario and could focus on other targets if he is forced to wait for Willian. Alexis Sanchez joined from Arsenal in January but doubts remain over Mourinho’s faith in Anthony Martial, who has been linked with moves to Juventus, Chelsea and Tottenham. Mourinho is understood to have been in daily contact with United’s executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward as he grows increasingly anxious over the progress of several key deals. Juventus are threatening to scupper United’s interest in Serbia midfielder Sergej Milinković-Savic, while West Ham will demand £50m for Marko Arnautovic, who Mourinho scouted earlier this week.

Chelsea news: Leon Bailey told to REJECT Blues because of one man
If you're new, Subscribe! → https://bit.ly/2HCaLTR #Football #Sport #BreakingNews #News24 Chelsea news: Leon Bailey told to REJECT Blues because of one man ======================================  That is the opinion of ESPN FC pundit and former West Ham goalkeeper Shaka Hislop. Bailey has been linked with a move to both Chelsea and Liverpool in recent months. The 21-year-old has been a regular in the Bayer Leverkusen side since joining from Genk in 2017. However, Hislop does not think a move to Chelsea would be the wisest decision from Bailey at this moment in time.  Hislop was asked by ESPN presenter Alexis Nunes about Bailey: “Is this something he should pursue right now? While Hazard and co are still there?” The former Premier League star responded: “No. “I think Hazard is going to be there for a while. He’s playing well, I think he’s enjoying his football. “I felt that if Hazard was leaving Chelsea and soon, it would have been the summer just gone. It hasn’t happened. “Leon Bailey is enjoying life in Germany and let that continue. “There’s no rush to get to Chelsea so you can say that Eden Hazard is your team-mate. “If you aren’t playing, you aren’t learning or growing in the game. “Leave Bailey where he is, as of right now I don’t see Hazard moving.” Hazard was linked with a move to Real Madrid in the summer. And the Belgian admitted he spoke to Chelsea about his future before the start of this season. “I’m always happy when I play football,” Hazard said. “After the World Cup I spoke, now I’m still with Chelsea. “I just try to give everything for this club. This club gave me a lot so when I’m on the pitch I try to do my best.”

Liverpool transfer news: Bookmakers drop huge hint on next Jurgen Klopp signing
If you're new, Subscribe! → https://bit.ly/2HCaLTR  Jurgen Klopp is desperate to add another creative spark to his attacking unit after Liverpool finished fourth in the Premier League and reached the Champions League final.  He needs alternatives to Mohamed Salah, Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane. Fekir was his top target but a move collapsed over the weekend and Liverpool have now moved on to alternative targets.  They look close to signing Stoke’s Xherdan Shaqiri, but now appear to be leading the race for Watford ace Richarlison too.  Paddy Power have slashed their price from 33/1 to 4/1 on the Brazilian forward moving to Anfield this summer.  Spokesman Paddy Power said: “Liverpool are clearly keen to land an attacking midfielder this summer and the mysterious breakdown of their top target – the unlucky Fekir – has left an opening.  “Punters clearly think that Richarlison is a contender, as we’ve seen a stream of bets this afternoon, leaving us with no option but to slash the odds of him joining Liverpool. ” Richarlison impressed in his first season in the Premier League with Watford and has been linked with a host of top sides including Manchester United and Chelsea, but the bookies think he’s Anfield bound.  The 21-year-old scored five goals last season, creating another four in 38 appearances.  His performances suffered as Watford’s did in the second half of the season but he looks to have done enough to convince Klopp he could be an asset.  Liverpool have already signed Fabinho and have Naby Keita arriving this summer despite the collapse of the Fekir deal.  The Lyon ace had picked his squad number and completed a series of interview before the deal was shelved.  Liverpool are now said to be looking at alternatives which include Ousmane Dembele, Thomas Lemar and Julian Draxler, but Richarlison may now be on the radar too.  Danny Ings and Dominic Solanke face uncertain futures at the club after failing to have much of an impact last season.

Man Utd news: Ed Woodward did not wait for Jose Mourinho after Brighton - reason revealed
If you're new, Subscribe! → https://bit.ly/2HCaLTR #Football #Sport #BreakingNews #News24 Man Utd news: Ed Woodward did not wait for Jose Mourinho after Brighton - reason revealed ======================================  Manchester United chief Woodward did not speak to Mourinho after the club’s defeat to Brighton, on what was a chastening afternoon for the Red Devils. This was confirmed by the Manchester Evening News’s Ciaran Kelly, who tweeted: "Ed Woodward, alone, has just popped into the United dressing room #mufc "Ed Woodward was in the away dressing room around five minutes. Left typing a message into his phone. Appears to have missed Jose Mourinho who was doing flash interviews at the time. Didn’t wait for him #mufc" Many believed Woodward left his Manchester United manager behind because of the result.  But the Daily Mail say that, because of Mourinho fulfilling his media obligations, Woodward did not wait around to chat. That now explains why the United executive vice-chairman chose to leave, rather than remain behind. It was a horrendous afternoon for the Red Devils. And it has since been claimed that Mourinho and Woodward are no longer on speaking terms. Mourinho cut a miserable figure after the game.  "When I speak about individual performances and when I'm critical with my players, you just don't accept it,” he said. "The press and pundits are usually very critical of me when I go in that direction, so please don't ask me to go in this direction, because it's not good for me. "So I will be very, very happy to analyse my players' performances when they are very good. "It is a great thing for me to come in front of the camera and say player A, B, C was fantastic. It's amazing for me. When I cannot do that, don't push me to the other side, because I don't go to the other side.” He then added: "We made too many mistakes, and you were punished by the mistakes, because sometimes players make mistakes and you're not immediately punished. We were always punished, and I think the third goal is too hard, and the team tried. "The team in the second half tried, but I think the mental point of view, the accumulation of mistakes and punishment step by step was giving happiness and confidence to a good team like Brighton, who took that confidence from us. "I was not expecting obviously big mistakes. We are not speaking about small mistakes, we made big mistakes, and we were punished by them. Of course when you lose your confidence, you lose a bit of the game plan. "Certainly, you make that mistake, concede the third goal, and get into a situation where the players were really, really down." Mourinho’s ongoing tension with Woodward has seen him tipped for the axe. But United yesterday insisted they would stand by their man despite speculation linking Zinedine Zidane to the hotseat.

Leeds United transfer news: Marcelo Bielsa plans to do THIS to win promotion
If you're new, Subscribe! → https://bit.ly/2HCaLTR  Bielsa, 62, has signed a two-year deal to become the new Leeds boss earlier this month. It will be the fifth successive season that Leeds have started a campaign with a new manager and Sky Sports reporter Tim Thornton now thinks he will move for some loanees. Thornton told the Transfer Talk podcast: "It's a huge surprise. Nobody expected it but when you look at the appointments Leeds have made over the last few years, they've pretty much all been a surprise. "This is the most high profile, he's got a track record and he's got great contacts as well which may work in Leeds' favour further down the line.  "You look at some of the managers in the Premier League and some of them have really good relationships with him. "Loan signings, especially in the Championship, are really important and you'd expect him to use the loan market well." Thornton is expecting double training sessions for Leeds players with his appointment as manager already causing excitement around the place. Thornton added: "He's got his methods, he's one who likes to get the players on the training ground, he will put them through double sessions, work them hard and he's very organised.  "He's got his way of playing and it's an attacking style of play as well. "There's been no negativity at all about the appointment. There's nothing negative. "The day after his appointment the season ticket sales went up 10 times from the previous day. That illustrates just how much interest this has generated. "I expect things to ramp up on the transfer front next week when Bielsa arrives.  "He's due to take his first training session with the players next Monday. "They are going to bring players in, absolutely, but what you'll find this summer it will be maybe three or four high quality signings rather than what they've had in the past. "You'll be surprised to know he does watch a lot of Championship football. He watched every game since late last season. "He watched every single game as soon as there was interest. I'm told he's having English lessons every day. "He will be hoping - and Leeds fans will be hoping - that he's well prepared for the Championship season."

It had previously been believed that Liverpool went cold on Fekir after discovering the knee problem in his medical. The attacking midfielder, 24, suffered the injury blow while playing for France in 2015. After days of transfer drama, Lyon called off negotiations for the sale of Fekir to Liverpool on Saturday night. The France international was expected to join Jurgen Klopp's side before Les Bleus left for the World Cup, but OL have now ended talks and called off the deal. "Transfer negotiations with Liverpool and Nabil Fekir for the transfer of the captain of OL have not succeeded and Olympique Lyonnais have decided to put an end to this negotiation tonight at 8pm," OL said in a statement on their official website. The 24-year-old was being courted by Liverpool as a replacement for Philippe Coutinho, who joined Barcelona in January. There were doubts as to whether the playmaker would pass a medical with the Premier League side due to a knee injury. However, that is now irrelevant, with Lyon calling the deal off.France Football Association president Noel Le Graet had suggested the move was almost completed - according to reports in France - before Lyon's announcement. The club's statement continued: "Although Liverpool have been the priority of a possible transfer for Nabil. Olympique Lyonnais is delighted to be able to count on the presence of our captain, who is a leading player for the 2018/19 season when the club will play in the Champions League.

Man Utd could forget Gareth Bale transfer to bring Memphis Depay back to Old Trafford
If you're new, Subscribe! → https://bit.ly/2HCaLTR Manchester United want Bale and the Real Madrid star, it now seems, wants them. A match made in heaven. For years now, the Red Devils have chased the Wales international only to always settle for somebody else. In 2014, Bale was wanted but Angel Di Maria came instead. 12 months after that and, after United’s drab style of play had again prevented a Real Madrid raid, Memphis Depay arrived. Depay, like Di Maria, failed to make the grade at Manchester United. There was a feeling he was too raw, too egotistic, to make the grade at Old Trafford. But how United could do with his stardust now.Ever since his exit, Depay has gone from strength to strength. Lyon is not United but the Holland international looks a man completely transformed. And the door has always been left open to a stunning return.United have a buy-back clause on the player who left 18 months ago. A player who left a boy and now looks to have finally transitioned into the individual many thought he would be. When he left, Mourinho said: "Potentially, he is a very good player.“I think when Mr Van Gaal decided to buy him, he did well. He knew him well from the national team, when he was young in the World Cup he had flashes of top quality. "He was playing well in Holland but not the same here, but he was showing very good things. "He didn't succeed in his 18 months but he is very young, so I think it is very important for the club to keep control of this talent, and we all wish he plays very well at Olympique Lyon and why not come back, because everyone really likes him. "Depay scored 19 goals and 13 assists for Lyon. Those who say the Ligue 1 is not the Premier League have a point - but Lyon is not PSG either. If you make a name for yourself in France, without playing in Paris, that is some achievement. Because, let’s face it, only one team dominates that division. For now, United’s focus is on Gareth Bale. But the fact Real Madrid may demand £200million to let the Wales international go could work against them.
